I’ll never forget the first time I ate at Arby’s with my family. We were driving cross-country, from California to Virginia to live in the country. My family and I had made it all the way to the Eastern seaboard and we stopped at an Arby’s restaurant and went in to eat. To me, eating at Arby’s with my family now is a treat. Now that I’m older, with children of my own and life can get pretty busy, we do try to eat out at lease once a week. 9 times out of 10, we find ourselves at Arby’s. The other night, we went to Arby’s and noticed they had something new, Arby’s Smokehouse Brisket Sandwichs, and they were slow-smoked to perfection.

Arby’s knows you can’t rush perfection, that’s why their brisket sandwiches are smoked for at least 13 hours. Even though Arby’s smokes their brisket low and slow, it’s always ready when you are. Arby’s Smokehouse Brisket Sandwiches are piled high with slow-smoked beef brisket, topped with smoked Gouda cheese, crispy onions, BBQ sauce and mayo, served on a toased, bakery-style bun.
