It’s the most wonderful time of the year, Christmas in July! Why should chestnuts only be roasted on the fire once a year? I want to rock around the Christmas tree all the time, and I never want it to end. I am not ashamed to admit I keep my Christmas music playing year-round. Christmas is such a joyous holiday, so why shouldn’t it be celebrated more than once? One way I keep the holiday cheer year round is by celebrating Christmas in July.

If you’ve never celebrated this festive summer holiday, you’ve still got a few days left of July to join in on the fun! Christmas in July is a widely popular concept, with multiple locations all around the United States dedicated, specifically, to celebrating the happiest season of all. In fact, one Christmas Tree retailer just ranked the top 10 places in the US for celebrating.

Between the Byers 5th Annual Christmas in July Festival in Chalfont, PA, and the Santa Claus House in North Pole, AK, there are all type of activities that are fun for the whole family. Every year, locations such as Phoenix, AZ all the way to North Pole, AK find a way to keep the holiday cheer around for more than once a year. Additionally, in North Pole, NY, Christmas in July is celebrated for the entire month of July, every single weekend.

Whether it’s just for one weekend, one day, or a couple of hours, I love celebrating Christmas with my family twice a year. All of the beautiful decorations and trees remind me that Christmas will come again and remain to be just as beautiful. So, make sure to have a holly jolly Christmas this July!
