I love giving gifts this time of year. I actually like to give more than I like to receive, . I find so much joy in putting together that perfect gift for the ones I love and care for. Lately, I’ve found and put together a lot of creative gifts from Walgreens, with a little help from the Walgreens Happy & Healthy Holiday Guide.
I’m so fortunate and blessed to have my little brother live so close to me. Since our mom lives in Virginia, I feel the need to look after him and make sure he was what he needs. Ben is my baby brother and has been out on his own for about 10 months now. Ben doesn’t cook much, nor does he know how to, but he does enjoy food, and a good themed food gift basket was what I put together for him.
I find myself shopping at Walgreens more than anywhere else. It is close by and the checkout lines are never long, plus, there is always ample parking. During this time of year, convenience is important. On my last trip to Walgreens, I found myself flipping through the pages of the Walgreens Happy & Healthy Holiday Guide.
I noticed all of the Good & Delish premium snacks. There was even a large selection of frozen food. I wanted to stock my brother’s freezer and fridge but maybe another time. For this foodie gift basket I wanted to concentrate on pantry and snack staples.
I found so many great snacks that I know my brother will really enjoy. I even found what he would need to make dinner one night. I grabbed a little bit of everything, from chocolates to nuts, and party snacks, to Gourmet Appetizers. There was a lot to choose from. All of the Good & Delish products were on special. I earned 6,000+ Balance™ Rewards just shopping for my favorite brand of premium snacks at Walgreens. I even went home with some Jingle Cash to spend on my next visit to Walgreens.
Ben will have some great tasting snacks and I gave him what he will need to make pasta one night. I wonder what Ben will get me?
What a selection #HappyAllTheWay! Plus, I found this really nice basket to put all of the Good & Delish products in. Can you tell it’s a laundry basket. I figured my brother could use one, better than him putting his laundry on the floor. I’ve learned when giving a gift to my brother that it should serve dual purposes. I added a large beautiful bow and that’s it. My foodie gift basket is ready for giving. Ben is going to love it.
