I just started the Culturelle For Kids Tummy Truths 14 day challenge on my almost 5-year-old daughter Jasmine. When it comes to my daughter I’ve always tried to do what’s best for her and her health. Supporting my daughter’s natural defense systems is important to promoting her health as well as helping to ease her occasional digestive distress. Jasmine has always had an excellent immune system. In the past I’ve only had to take her to the pediatrician for her well check-ups and rarely did she have to go in for anything else. Jasmine has only been sick once and it was strep throat. I gave her antibiotics for the very first time when she was four years old, in my opinion, that was something to be proud of.

Pro-bi-o-tic. The word literally means “for life.” And adding a probiotic like Culturelle to your daily diet can be a great way to achieve and maintain optimal core health – a healthy digestive and immune system.

Jasmine did however inherit my very sensitive digestive system so I’ve had her on a Culturelle® Kids! Packets regime for a while now. The cool thing about it, she never knew about it until today. I’m looking forward to getting the chance to share with her story with all of you. Since Jasmine is under 50 lbs I still use the packets for her, once she’s 50 lbs I can switch her over to the chewable tablets. I keep the box of packets in our kitchen right next to her juice cups. I give Jasmine a dose in the morning mixed in her juice. Culturelle Kids! Packets support my child’s health by fostering the proper balance between good bacteria and the non-benefical bacteria that resides in the gastrointestinal tract.

Day 1 was a piece of cake. I shared with Jasmine why I give her Culturelle® Kids! Packets and she even helped mix the powder into her juice this morning. I figured it was time to let her in on my little secret. Jasmine never knew I was giving her Culturelle® Kids! Packets  because this stuff is absolutely flavorless. I thought it was time to teach her that good bacteria, like the ones found in Culturelle, can help improve her and keep her immune system performing at tip-top shape. Be sure to follow along on our 14 day Tummy Truths Challenge. I’ll write 4 more posts during the 14 day challenge.

Does your little one have occasional digestive issues? What do you give them or how do you try and prevent it?

  1. They didn’t have wonderful products like these, when my kids were growing up.
I could probably use something like this, myself.
