Earlier this year I had the chance to visit the set of ABC’s The Middle. After standing inside The Hecks’ tiny and messy kitchen, I totally understand why Frankie (Patricia Heaton) would rather have Thanksgiving dinner at a restaurant. After my set visit, I was immediately a fan and supporter of the show. Meeting the cast, minus Sue Heck (Eden Sher), made me like the show even more. I now tune in every Wednesday! I was thrilled when an advanced copy of “Thanksgiving VI” showed up in my mailbox.
With the Heck house in disarray due to the kitchen sink hole and miniature dining room table, Frankie suggests that the family enjoy a Thanksgiving feast at the local King’s Feast buffet. But all does not run so smoothly when Sue invites her boyfriend Darrin to dine with the family and gets the feeling that Mike doesn’t like him very much, Brick invites his quirky girlfriend Cindy, and Axl is forced by Frankie to invite a girl he doesn’t even know to the holiday meal.
Spend Thanksgiving with The Hecks of ABC’s The Middle. You won’t want to miss this hilarious and totally relatable Thanksgiving episode.
